Delivery & Setup
Our audio professionals are here to deliver equipment and set up your event for the best possible sound experience. With experience in audio setup for events ranging from small parties to weddings and larger events, we can confidently advise which equipment will best suit your event. We will set up and test all speakers and lighting, provide guidance on operating all equipment, and advise on what system will best suit your event.
How much does it cost?
All equipment deliveries are priced at $200 per booking. This includes one hour for equipment setup and one hour for pack-down. Additional time beyond two hours total work will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
How to book?
Let us know in your contact form if our delivery and setup service is required. We will confirm the exact times of the hire period and when you would like the delivery and set-up to occur.
Where will we deliver to?
We can deliver and set up in the following locations; Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Lennox Head, Ballina. Locations within fifteen minutes of the listed locations will also be considered.
Returning equipment
Equipment must be packed down and returned to its original transport bags, ready to be picked up at the allotted pick-up time.
